Update on the Doctor visit

Well this will be a quick one, I went to the Dr this morning to see if my blood pressure had gone back down. It has in fact gone back down but it is still alittle high for the top number, It was 142/80 this morning, bottom number is perfect but I can't seem to the get the top number to level out. I also must have been really swollen on Friday because I lost 6lbs in two days... amazing how the body works, uh? I still can't go back to work but I get to go back to my primary Dr on Friday and if I am still doing well he may let me, who knows? Right now I will sit at home and do nothing and try to see what it feels like to not have to do anything, in a couple of weeks that will all come to an end...... haha

Pictures from the Shower

My camera wasn't used very much yesterday, but I got a few pics of the shower. The cake was made by a lady that works with my sister, It honestly was the cutest thing I have ever seen. My baby is the first to have her name spelled out on the blocks, usually she only spells out "baby" I think it turned out so cute... I had to put a picture of my cousin Mollie, isn't she the most precious thing. She is only about 17 months old but look at that beautiful head of hair she has... I can only dream Olivia has hair like that. She definitely was the center of attention yesterday. We got alot of great stuff, Thank you to all for helping us out in preparing for this precious girl to get here.

Good Morning

Well it is starting to get a lot harder to sleep at night. I think Olivia has night and day mixed up. She starts moving around as soon as I lay down at night and since she is starting to drop down and getting ready to come into the world she is making Mommy really uncomfortable.... Part of it uh? Jason is the most supportive husband in the world so it makes all of this so much easier.

We have our last baby shower today with my church and family. I am so excited... I get to see some of my friends that I haven't seen since I have been pregnant. I can't wait to see them. I can't wait to see my family too, some of them I haven't seen since Christmas. It is really sad how busy we get as we get older...I will put some pictures up when we get back home....

I have to go back to the Doctor tomorrow to check on Blood Pressure again. Hopefully it has gone down a little bit. I wouldn't mind going back to work for a little bit, it would really help things with my maternity leave if I could go back but I am more concerned about Olivia being healthy than anything else. So if he says I can't go back, I will gladly do what he says if it means she will be okay.... I will let everyone know what he says tomorrow.

1st blog...

Well I have been meaning to set this up for a while... Here we go. Jason and I have been married for 1 1/2 years and are expecting our little girl, Olivia, to arrive in a couple of weeks. I have been so blessed to have such a good pregnancy, but yesterday was told that I will be on bed rest until delivery because my blood pressure is higher than they want.... so what better time to start a blog, uh? Anyway I will be updating this as much as I can for those of you that I don't get to see like I would love to. For now I will have to begin the pictures with our 4-d's of Olivia.... I can't wait to have pictures of her in the flesh. I am ready to see her...
